Custom Diesel Tuning

A custom calibration is written for one engine, one controller and one set of hardware: yours. It starts with your stock read and ends with a file you download from your account.

What you get

  • A calibration built from your own stock file for your engine, controller and transmission.
  • Fueling, boost, injection timing, rail pressure and torque limits set for the hardware you actually have.
  • Your finished file in your account dashboard, with notes on loading it.
  • Revisions based on the data logs you send back.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the build. Vehicle, engine, hardware, goals and how it is used, in the order form.
  2. Upload your stock read. Add photos and data logs if you have them.
  3. We review it. You receive a quote with a secure payment link, or questions if something is unclear.
  4. We build the calibration. Checked against your hardware limits, not guessed.
  5. Download and install. Your file appears in your dashboard and we email you.
  6. Drive, log, refine. Send logs back from your dashboard if anything needs adjusting.

What we need from you

  • A stock read of your engine controller (no stock read yet? Tell us on the form and we will help.)
  • Engine, transmission and model year, plus the VIN or equipment serial number if you have it.
  • Turbo, injectors, fuel system and any other modifications, current and planned.
  • Your horsepower or torque goals and how the vehicle is used: daily driving, towing, racing, farm or construction work.

What affects timing and price

The platform and controller, how complete your files are, the hardware changes involved, whether transmission work is included, and how ambitious the goals are. We confirm the price in your quote before you pay anything. Timing: Turnaround depends on the platform and how complete your files are. We confirm your timeline when we review your order.

What a calibration cannot do

A calibration cannot repair worn injectors, a tired pump, boost leaks or a weak transmission, and it cannot make hardware survive beyond its limits. If your data points to a mechanical problem, we will tell you before building on top of it.
