Tractors, excavators, generators, irrigation power units and marine engines run on diesels too. We take on equipment calibration case by case.
Where calibration can help
- Drivability and response problems traced to the calibration
- Re-matching limits after repairs or hardware changes
- Adjusting a calibration to the job the machine actually does
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting from logs
Legal use comes first
Many off-highway engines are emissions-certified under their own rules (in the United States, for example, EPA nonroad standards), so the legal-use question applies here too. We ask what the equipment is, what emissions equipment it has and how it is used before quoting, and we may decline an order. Calibrations are sold for off-road, competition, or otherwise legally permitted use only. You are responsible for complying with all emissions and vehicle regulations that apply where the vehicle or equipment is operated. See Emissions & Legal Use.
What we need to look at an engine
- Make, model, engine model and serial number
- The controller label or part numbers, photographed
- Hardware changes and the symptoms or goals
- Where and how the equipment is operated
Use the order form and choose Other / not listed if your engine isn’t in the list, or contact us first.
Have equipment to look at?
Tell us about the engine and what you need. We confirm legal use and compatibility before you pay.
