Engines
The order form lists the Power Stroke engines we commonly see:
- Power Stroke 7.3L
- Power Stroke 6.0L
- Power Stroke 6.4L
- Power Stroke 6.7L

Why generation matters
The 7.3L and 6.0L Power Stroke use hydraulically actuated, electronically controlled unit injectors (HEUI), while the 6.4L and 6.7L use high-pressure common-rail fueling with exhaust aftertreatment. Calibration strategy, hardware limits and the information we need from you differ accordingly.
What we calibrate
- Fueling and injection timing
- Injection control pressure or rail pressure, depending on the engine
- Turbocharger and boost control
- Torque and protection limits, including exhaust temperature
- Transmission calibration where applicable
