Custom calibrations
Every custom calibration is built for one customer’s engine and hardware, so it cannot be resold or reused. For that reason:
- If you cancel before we start work, we refund your payment in full.
- If we cannot deliver a calibration for your engine, we refund your payment in full.
- Once a file has been built and delivered, payment is not refundable. If it does not behave as expected, we will work with you in good faith: request a revision from your dashboard and include a data log.
Downloadable tune files and software
Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales of downloadable files and software are final once the file has been made available to you, except where the law says otherwise or where the file is not what was described. If something is wrong with a download, contact support and we will make it right.
Hardware, tools and merchandise
Return eligibility and shipping terms for physical products are stated on each product page at the time of purchase. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Payment disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first through the support form. We would rather solve it directly.
